Built for Builders. Backed to Scale.
$43.5M to Grow Lyric’s AI Platform

I’m excited to share that Lyric has raised $43.5 million in Series B funding. This milestone brings our total funding to $67 million and signals growing alignment from both customers and investors around a clear idea: the world needs a new kind of software for supply chain decision-making, and Lyric is emerging as the platform to lead this shift.
This round was led by Insight Partners, one of the most respected growth investors in the world, with continued participation from Primary Venture Partners, Permanent Capital Ventures, and NewBuild Venture Capital, alongside new partners VMG Partners and PSP Partners. We’re also welcoming Teddie Wardi (Managing Director, Insight) to our board: “Lyric’s composable, math-first platform finally gives companies the flexibility and intelligence they’ve been looking for. We’re excited to support the team’s global scale-up.”

Less than two years ago, we shared our dream for an AI-first platform built to meet the real complexity of today’s supply chains. Since then, we’ve made tremendous progress. We partner with over 25 forward-thinking companies, including Coca-Cola, Mondelēz, Owens & Minor, Google, and Kuehne+Nagel, helping them take meaningful steps (even leaps) toward more intelligent, agile decision-making.
From the beginning, we recognized that no two supply chains are alike. They’re shaped not just by industry, but by a company’s unique strategy, customer expectations, and operating model. That’s why we built Lyric to be composable from the start, allowing teams to configure solutions that align with their specific needs, rather than bending their business to fit rigid software.
Recent advances in Generative and Agentic AI, along with accelerated compute infrastructure, have only strengthened our ability to deliver on this vision. Lyric helps customers solve large-scale problems faster, more flexibly, and with far more intelligence than traditional tools can offer.
Our customers are using Lyric to redesign global supply networks, reimagine how they plan and respond to demand, and connect strategy with execution in ways that were never possible before.
As one of our customers, Natesh Rao at Mondelēz, put it:
“We originally chose Lyric as our next-generation supply chain design platform, but within six months, we were using it across many other decisions. Their algorithmic horsepower is exceptional.”
Another early customer gave us two high-priority problems their legacy tools couldn’t handle. We delivered working solutions in weeks, not months. Then something even better happened: their teams started building on top of those solutions. They expanded use cases, scaled user adoption, and began solving new challenges with their creativity. That’s when we knew we weren’t just delivering software, we were delivering a platform our customers could truly make their own.
This latest funding round will help us continue investing deeply in that platform. We’ll accelerate development of our algorithm catalog, expand Agentic AI capabilities, and grow our customer success teams to ensure every Lyric user is empowered to create value from day one.
We’re also growing in many other areas of the Lyric Chorus. If you’re passionate about building what’s next in supply chain technology, we’re hiring across engineering, science, GTM, and customer success. Check out open roles here.
Thank you to our customers, investors, and the entire Lyric team for believing in this mission. We’re still early in this journey, but with the right people and partners, we believe we’re building something that can truly change how the world’s supply chains run.
