It is the twenty minutes with someone who has already solved the problem, currently sitting by your desk.
That is hard to engineer in a hallway between sessions. It is a lot easier over dinner.
So we booked the night before. NENI, Monday the 28th, from 7 pm. Eastern Mediterranean, everything served down the middle of one long table, in a private room, set apart from the main floor.
A dozen or so supply chain leaders, dinner, drinks, and a proper conversation before the two days begin.
