The Idea
An overture is where separate parts start playing one piece.
Teams across the Coca-Cola system are rebuilding how they plan and make decisions with Lyric Studio. The Coca-Cola Company, system brands, and bottlers have each done this across many individual efforts. Overture is the day the entire ecosystem comes into one room to see what the Lyric x Coca-Cola partnership can fully achieve: experienced users and first-timers together, reimagining what's possible.
The whole system, one room.
A mix built on purpose. Proof from the people already living it, curiosity from the people considering it, and the leadership that can make the next chapter bigger.
Bottlers to Operators
Coca-Cola & CCNAOU Leadership
Growing the System
The program.
Structured like the piece it is named for. A morning that runs in parallel, an interlude, an afternoon with the whole system in one room, and a finale that brings every part of it together.
Morning
Strategy for Leaders. Hands-On Building for Everyone Else.
Where the System Is Headed
Lyric's executive team meets leaders from The Coca-Cola System for a candid conversation on the opportunity ahead, the vision behind Lyric, and what a true system-wide partnership looks like.
Demand Planning
Hands-on enablement for customer, prospect, and services teams building real skill, not just watching a demo.
Supply Planning
A working session on turning plans into executable, constraint-aware supply decisions.
Network Modeling
The discipline that started it all for the Coca-Cola system taken further.
Interlude
Lunch, together. A table for good food & good company.

Movement II
The whole system together - Everyone in one room.
Live and connected
A live demo of everything built that morning, daisy-chained into one connected flow. Demand Planning feeding Network Modeling feeding Supply Planning, in real time.
Told by the people who built it
A Fairlife keynote, then five spotlight segments from across the system. Each team presents for 5 to 10 minutes and takes 5 to 10 minutes of questions before the next one is up.
Finale
Happy hour and dinner. A celebration to match the day. The system, together.

One day. One stage. One system.
Three disciplines, connected live.
By four o'clock, it runs. Everything the room built that morning goes live, connected. A demand signal moves into a network model. The network model moves into a supply plan. Not a slide. Not a mockup.
The actual applications the training tracks built that day, running in sequence, in front of the people who will use them next. The clearest answer to "what does Lyric actually do" that the Coca-Cola system will have ever seen in one place. The overture resolving into its theme.

Plan
Three decisions, one connected flow. The same applications the room built that morning.
Told by the people who built it.
One keynote, then five segments spanning the system. Every slot: 5 to 10 minutes to present, 5 to 10 minutes of live questions, then straight on to the next team.
Keynote spotlight
Fairlife. The full stack, live.
The most evolved Lyric build anywhere in the Coca-Cola system. Network Modeling, Demand Planning and Supply Planning, all running together in production. If one story sets the tone for the whole day, it is this one.

01
Network Modeling
One discipline, two teams, one system
The NPSG modeling team alongside the End-to-End Infrastructure Planning group, with GLS joining briefly to show where network modeling and logistics start to overlap.
02
Logistics Modeling
Moving the system's freight
GLS paired with Coca-Cola Consolidated's Red Classic.
03
Supply Planning
From plan to executable supply
Reyes on moving supply planning off Excel and into production, in conversation with Fairlife's own supply planning build.
04
PPDS and Order Promise
Production meets promise
Consolidated, paired with CCNAOU Customer Operations.
05
Frontier use cases
What's next, already being built
Consolidated and GLS - The unusual, cutting-edge builds that do not fit neatly into one category yet.
